Along with the personal training that I offer in the lab, it is also a goal of mine to help as many people as I can online. I understand that not everyone can train in person and offering this service will provide a personalized training program for whatever your goals are. I will also take my time to give consistent feedback and analysis of your progression. For my online coaching I will only be taking a limited number of clients in order to provide a more intimate experience through my guidance and expertise in your journey to ensure that your goals are being met.
WHO IS IT FOR?
My online coaching is available to people of all skill levels, whether it is someone just beginning their fitness journey or high end level athletes. Some client goals can include weight loss, recovery and pain relief, athletic performance or bodybuilding and aesthetics. All are welcome and the only requirement is commitment and a good attitude!
HOW DO I START?
The first step is to book a 1-hour free consultation. In this hour we will doing a movement screen assessment, measuring vitals, body composition and identifying any previous health history. We will also be having a discussion about you as an individual and why online coaching is the right fit for you. In this discussion I hope to learn a little about you and your goals as well as the resources at your disposal so that I can cater the program to what you have available.
HOW MUCH DOES IT COST?
It will be recurring monthly subscription of C$265 + tax. There are no long term commitments or contracts. You will also have the option to purchase multiple months ahead if you prefer. Payment methods include credit, debit or e-transfer.
